Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Hussys Dessert.

1. Orders

All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance for cakes and large orders. Same-day orders are subject to availability.

2. Payments

Full payment is required to confirm your order. We accept bank transfers and mobile money payments. Payment details will be provided at the time of order.

3. Delivery

We deliver within Kano metropolis. Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on location and traffic conditions. A delivery fee applies and will be communicated at the time of order.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours of delivery may incur a charge. All refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

5. Allergens & Dietary Needs

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering. While we take every precaution, our kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, and nuts.
